Juliet works both as VP of Diversity & Inclusion and VP of Technology at Randstad Canada. In this role, Juliet has spent over 28 years placing hundreds of highly qualified Technology professionals. Juliet held responsibility to manage teams across Canada, in the company’s largest markets including Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. As VP of D&I, Juliet leads the provision of consultative services both internally and externally within Randstad Canada. Juliet is also a founding member and co-chair of Randstad Canada’s D&I committee, with members who are represented across Canada. The committee has 4 affinity/employee resource groups: LGBTQ2+/2SLGBTQIA+, New Immigrant/Refugee, Indigenous and LatinX/HispanX. To facilitate this role, Juliet is also a senior member and facilitator of Randstad North America’s EDI Committee.

From an educational perspective, Juliet considers herself a lifelong learner and highlights her education as: Certificates from the Canadian Council of Diversity and Inclusion for D&I, a graduate of Deyen’s “Canadian History through an Indigenous Womens’ lens” program, Certificate holder in Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada and most recently attained a Certificate for Intercultural Communications and Award for Diversity and Inclusion from the University of British Columbia.

Within the community, Juliet is an active member and mentor within several D&I groups, including Lean In Canada’s Toronto Chapter for Pay Equity and Tellent’s Reskilling Program for Women.
