Business Edge is a bridging program that enables and empowers skilled immigrants to move back into jobs where they can fully utilize their skills, education and professional experience.

Our participants have between 1 and 10 years’ of Canadian experience but are struggling with under-employment. They work hard and want to advance; yet they face real employment barriers.

Through a combination of classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching, and customized e-learning, participants master the tools and strategies needed to break cultural and communication barriers and to advance into fulfilling roles.
