Serving as the Chair of their API Employee Resource Group, she has played a pivotal role in the growth of the ERG. Under her leadership, the group has expanded its membership by 91% in just 3 months. Beyond numbers, Leslie has helped bridge cultural gaps by cultivating allies who gain a deeper understanding of Asian culture. Her innovative approach extends to hosting enterprise-wide virtual events, a strategic move that empowers the company to navigate the complexities of a decentralized international company. She is extremely passionate about career development, continuous mentorship and representation within the company.
