I am Professional Certified Coach with over 20 years of corporate work experience in multi-nationals and over 5 years of coaching experience beginning with stakeholder and project and change management and transitioning to executive and transformational coaching. I have extensive experience working with senior leaders in complex environments through the management of large cross-functional organizational transformation projects. In a corporate setting, I have mentored and coached sponsors, project managers, and leaders, and have more recently taken on freelance coaching working with executives and their teams.

I am deeply passionate in helping clients maximize their performance potential and live in possibilities. Actually, all I really do is ask guiding questions, heighten awareness, allow choices to surface, identify points of accountability, help shape goals, and cheer lead. Most of the work, and the desirability to change and grow, comes from you.

There is no magic formula. Each individual’s journey is different, yet very powerful in their own way, regardless of the challenges and goals. I’m merely the catalysts (over and over again). And, I can almost guarantee you, it’s never linear.
