Upon arrival, you might find yourself marveling at the Zhang Huan sculpture entitled “Rising,” visible from Nikai on the 2nd floor of Momofuku Toronto, while enjoying cocktails such as the Momoiro Sour and the BAR-U. Momofuku Toronto’s three-story glass cube is home to Noodle Bar, Nikai, Milk Bar, Daishō and Shōtō. The menus at each concept change frequently based on market availability, and are inspired by the diversity of Ontario’s native ingredients as well as growing relationships with local vendors.
