It’s easy! Sign up at the registration, and participate at the PowerNAAAP at 8:00 pm. and by 9:00 pm, you would have met 10-20 new people!!! Don’t feel like joining in on the excitement, that’s okay too.
– What type of people can you expect to meet?
Professionals just like you. With busy schedules, huge career and family demands, this is a quick and simple way to network. How often do you go out and have the chance to meet 10-20 people in one evening?
– Should I participate alone or with friends?
It’s totally up to you. We aim to make the evening as enjoyable and fun as possible, so if you feel better coming with some friends, they’re welcome to join as well.
– What’s the dress code?
Be comfortable. These are business casual events, but for the professional individual. Often people come directly from work, but if you do have a chance to change, wear something that makes you feel good and make a professional impression.
– How will I know what to talk about?
Participants are divided into small groups which are provided an interesting topic of conversation. Groups are rotated and changed every 5 minutes.
– What time does the event start?
The Mixer starts at 7:00 pm, but PowerNAAAP begins at 8:00 pm sharp. There is a lot of networking to be done, so don’t be late! We suggest that you arrive early to sign-in.
– How long does the event last?
PowerNAAAP run’s for one hour (approximate based on the number of participants). After that you are free to stay and mingle if you would like. This is a great way to meet those who you did not have the chance to meet.
