Amy grew up in Hong Kong and has spent the last two decades living and working across both Eastern and Western cultures—bringing a globally attuned lens to leadership, transformation, and talent development. Her career began in training and leadership development, evolving through senior roles in global talent management, culture and performance, and transformational program strategy. Along the way, she also built and ran a retail business that deepened her understanding of resilience, risk, and the relationships that sustain growth.
Today, Amy is the founder and principal consultant of Sonaris Consulting, where she coaches, advises, and partners with executive teams to bridge inner resilience with outer leadership. Her calm, intuitive presence helps leaders find clarity in complexity and lead with grounded confidence and alignment. She is especially attuned to the relational dynamics that shape culture, collaboration, and lasting impact.
A passionate advocate for balanced, human-centered leadership, Amy finds particular joy in mentoring emerging leaders and supporting Asian women to tap into their inner wisdom, showing up with authenticity, strength, and meaningful connection.
She holds a degree in Organizational and Human Behaviour from the University of Western Ontario and is a certified business management coach, hypnosis practitioner, and master PSYCH-K® facilitator.
Amy lives in Toronto with her partner, two teenage children, and their spirited Coton de Tulear. She prioritizes well-being alongside her work, often finding inspiration in nature, creating space for reflection, and engaging in meaningful dialogue with the next generation of changemakers.
