Judy Liou serves as Executive Vice President at NAAAP Toronto, bringing over two decades of dedicated leadership, service, and community building to the organization. Her journey with NAAAP began at the Toronto chapter’s launch event in January 2001, marking the start of a long-standing commitment that has helped shape the chapter’s growth and impact. Over the years, Judy has served on the leadership team as Director of Membership and Vice President of Operations, and played a key role in launching one of NAAAP Toronto’s early mentorship programs. In recognition of her enduring leadership and contributions, she was honoured with the NAAAP Toronto President’s Award of Excellence in 2005.

Professionally, Judy’s path reflects depth, adaptability, and purpose. She has transitioned across multiple roles, from paralegal to small business owner, and later into coaching and non-profit healthcare work. An Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Judy is passionate about helping others discover their inner strength, find their voice, and build meaningful, lasting connections. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University and has completed additional continuing education, including a Law Clerk diploma.

Today, Judy is also embarking on a path as a mental health advocate, bringing empathy, lived experience, and thoughtful leadership into her work. Alongside her professional and volunteer commitments, she balances life as a mother of two and remains actively involved in her community. Known for her creative expressionism, grounded leadership, and unwavering dedication to service, Judy continues to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the individuals and communities she supports.
