"Cultural Cartographer"

[email protected]

An Artist and an Author, Robert has had a lifelong passion for the Arts. Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. His creativity was nurtured by the creative programs during his middle and high schooling at St. Edmund’s Academy and Archmere Academy. He has a burning curiosity with the creative spirit and how it is manifested through a cultural and political lens. His goal is to gain a deeper and more fulfilling sense of self through authentically addressing his lived experience as an Asian American.

His platform Robert Louie Art & Design is his creative effort manifesting into mediums that are within his realm of production. As a dedicated creative professional, Robert believes that design is a powerful force and we limit its potential by our own definitions and constructs.

As the Director of Creative Design for the Toronto Chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals, Robert is motivated to serve his community by commanding the visual space. He looks forward to learning and connecting with the many diverse cultures and roots that make up the Asian American umbrella.

"There is something of yourself that you leave at every meeting with another person.” -Fred Rogers
